ICO prize: Call for nominations

The International Commission for Optics (ICO), an international scientific society, established in 1982 the ICO Prize, to be given each year to an individual who has made a noteworthy contribution to optics, published submitted for publication before the age of 40.

Deadline for applications is 15th April 2023.

H-mode transition and pedestal studies in fusion plasmas - TA2242

Together with the EPS Plasma Physics Division, the Royal Society published a special issue of Philosophical Transactions A entitled H-mode transition and pedestal studies in fusion plasmas organised and edited by Eun-jin Kim and Yasmin Andrew.

CMD30: the call for abstract is open

The 30th general conference of the Condensed Matter Division of the EPS will be held in Milan, Italy, on 4th-8th September 2023, jointly organised with FisMat, the biennial conference of the Italian community of condensed matter physics, optics, liquids and soft matter.

The abstract submission is now open and will last until 15th April 2023.

The 23rd ICRM will be in Bucharest, Romania, on 26th-31st March 2023.

EuNPC 2025
Call for bids for the conference in 2025. Deadline for applications is 30th April, 2023.

Joint EPS-SIF International School on Energy 2023
The school will take place from 17th-24th July 2023 in Varenna, Lake Como, Italy.

Joint SPS-ÖPG meeting 2023
The meeting will take place from 4th-8th September 2023 in Basel, Switzerland.
